What exactly does Kosovo have to do with Russia or the Alaska land deal? It is part of the caption for your first picture. But Kosovo is no where near Russia or Alaska. Nor was it ever part of Russia. It was part of Yugoslavia and its leader Tito famously refused to be part of the Iron Curtain. The people of Kosovo are mostly (over 90%) ethnic Albanian and despise Russia due to the link between Russia and Serbia, their archenemy. So I struggle to find any link between Alaska and why Kosovo should be mentioned let alone part of some coat of arms. I did research it and cannot find any information other than pics of the same coat of arms with the same caption. So where did you find this, what does it have to do with Alaska now, and what does it have to do with Kosovo? Thank you.
